MLSOK and Realist announce the release of ValueMap to OKCMAR members!
As promised in last week's Blast there is now a new search feature available on Realist called ValueMap. This is a function that Zillow and Trulia like sites have been successfully providing consumers, but now you have a product to offer your visitors on your own site so they don't need to go to another site to get home valuations anymore. There are two ways to make use of this new product. The feature is available as a Search within Realist and also as a member benefit can be added to your personal websites free. Next time you are on Realist; or just make a point and go there right now, there is a new option on the menu bar 'Realist ValueMap'. REMEMBER MLSOK KEEPS FEES LOW BY ENSURING THAT ALL USERS ARE ACTUALLY PAYING FOR THE SERVICE

With the changes implementing Monday, May 17, enabling the Login Remediation software MLS User Agreements, MLS Rules and Regulations and MLS Compliance Guidelines have been updated to reflect this change. All Users will also be prompted again next week to agree online to a new End User License Agreement one time upon initial login to MLS after next Monday. As outlined in these documents it is very clear there should be no sharing or otherwise provide knowledge of one's password to any other person or entity. There are policies and procedures to allow Licensed or Unlicensed Assistants, Office Personnel, etc. access to a Login and needed office permissions and/or Identity Share legally without ever utilizing another person's password. Please review these governing documents and the Licensed and Unlicensed forms in the MLS Sidebar in the Participation Forms section.

HOW DOES MLSOK KEEP FEES LOW? BY ENSURING THAT ALL USERS ARE ACTUALLY PAYING FOR THE SERVICE

With the use of the Secure MLS token, MLSOK was able to identify about 10% of the total users as non-paying for the service. The goal is to ensure that everyone accessing the MLS database is paying for the access. MLSOK also switched to token-less verification of paid access several months ago. All paid users now have their use pattern and keystrokes identified & log in remediation is set to begin Monday May 17th.Read More>>>
