Scheduled Realist Maintenance!

CoreLogic will be performing maintenance Saturday December 8, 2012, and we anticipate Realist downtime between 10:00 PM - 4:00 AM.

Fall Sign Sweep November 13-16

Oklahoma City will conduct a concentrated sign sweep of the Oklahoma City area to remove and dispose of illegally placed signs November 13-16. During that week, City crews will remove signs illegally placed in right of ways of public streets, including medians and site triangles. Unanchored and damaged signs that endanger public safety or pose a health or safety risk will also be removed.




We recognize that REALTORS® frequently use signs to advertise available properties. At times those signs are illegally placed in city right of ways. The City is giving you the opportunity to remove your real estate signs that may be illegally placed before the sign sweep begins.

TransactionDesk has been updated this morning to include all OREC 2012 form changes and additions effective November 1, 2012.

There were a number of forms with minor intent changes, but specific to note are the addition of 12 brand new forms covering two categories: Residential Lease Contract Forms and Farm, Ranch and Recreational Land Contract Forms. The 8 revised forms and the 12 additional new forms are all available on TransactionDesk now. Click Here to read more.

Windows 8 and Internet Explorer 10 Compatibility Issues with CoreLogic MarketLinx MLS Systems

Until CoreLogic has certified that IE10 is fully compatible with its MLS systems, we recommend that Fusion and TEMPO5 users do not install Windows 8.

 

 

The major Fusion Upgrade has been completed

This upgrade includes the CMA Wizard addition to Fusion as well as many other features and improvements to the system.

* Request a showing icon; link is on Results Fly-Out or Details Links bar only.

The next major Fusion Upgrade is then scheduled for Tuesday, October 23, 2012.

During this upgrade, Tempo and Fusion will be unavailable from 5:30 am to approximately 8:30 am CST. This upgrade will include the CMA Wizard addition to Fusion as well as many other features and improvements to the system.

SCHEDULED MLS DOWNTIME NOTICE!

SQL Server Updates are scheduled for Thursday, October 18, 2012. This will begin at 10:45 pm CST until approximately 2:00 am CST.

As of this morning TransactionDesk has a new folder on all Users accounts labeled Fannie Mae Forms.

This includes Fannie Mae's approved REO forms:

* Contract Amendment Form

* Disclosure of Information on Lead-Based Paint

* Notice of Termination

* Owner Occupant Certification

* Real Estate Purchase Addendum



















                                            

The new iOS 6 operating system that Apple recently released has been tested with the Supra eKEY app and is compatible on the following devices:

• iPhone 3GS


• iPhone 4

• iPhone 4S

• iPad 2

• New iPad



Please note that Supra has yet to receive a "Lightning" adapter from Apple, so we are not able to confirm that eKEY is compatible with the iPhone 5 at this time. The iPhone 5 uses a new connector called "Lightning" that is much smaller than Apple's previous 30-pin connector. As a result, the current Supra eKEY adapter required to interact with iBoxes will not plug directly into the iPhone 5.



Supra plans to support the iPhone 5. We will confirm compatibility as soon as we receive a Lightning connector from Apple and test it and make any changes to our products that are required. We are also exploring a fob/adapter design that may not require Apple's Lightning adapter, and we will provide more information on that as it becomes available.



Supra customers who wish to use the iPhone 5 with the eKEY app may want to consider delaying purchasing the iPhone 5 until the Lightning adapter is released and Supra testing is complete.

ATTENTION SUPRA KEY HOLDERS:

IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING THE NEW IPHONE 5 and IOS 6!!!




Supra is in the process of testing the new iPhone 5 and the new IOS 6 for compatibility with the eKey application. If you are planning on upgrading to the iPhone 5, we recommend you hold off until Supra officially confirms compatibility. Also, the iPhone 5 has a new charging cable and port that will probably require the use of an adaptor ($29.99 through Apple) to use the eKey fob until Supra decides to develop a new adaptor. However, the adaptor is not yet available (pre-orders only!).


We also strongly recommend holding off on upgrading to the new IOS 6 as Supra is still testing that as well. We will keep you informed on this issue as we hear back from Supra throughout this testing process.

SupraWEB login Update

On the afternoon of Wednesday, August 15, 2012, Supra will be taking down there old GE Single-Sign On (SSO) site. Any keyholders using an old bookmark/Favorites list to log into SupraWEB will get an error once they take this down.

To bookmark the current SupraWEB site, follow these steps:


1. Go to www.supraekey.com

2. Click the SupraWEB Login for Real Estate Agents button.

3. The UTC SSO login page will open.

4. Add this page as a bookmark (the procedure for adding bookmark will vary by type of browser).


Remember to delete the old GE SSO bookmark once the new one has been added.

The 1.7 version of Realist will be installed in late July or early August,. The Realist team will set and announce the exact date during the coming week, but we wanted to provide this quick preview.

OKCMAR will host iPad classes over the month of June for you to learn the ins and outs of an iPad! Our class schedule is below and please feel free to bring your own iPad to follow the instructor! ACTIVE KEY USER ALERT!

Keep your ActiveKEY within acceptable operating temperatures. Your ActiveKEY is designed to operate in temperatures between -4 and 131F (-20 and 55C). Low- or high-temperature conditions can shorten battery life or cause an ActiveKEY to malfunction. If the ActiveKEY is below 32F (0C) or above 113F (45C), the battery will not charge. For maximum battery life, store your ActiveKEY at room temperature. DO NOT leave an ActiveKEY in hot environments, including a car, because temperatures in parked cars can exceed this range.

Update on eKey Applications

We have released an upgrade to the our eKEY application for the Android operating system. Android users should receive a notice directly on their phone telling them that a new version is available. They simply need to visit the Android market and download the new version.

The update includes several improvements, including fixing a problem where the inventory screen might freeze.

We are actively working on issues associated with some BlackBerry OS 7 and 7.1 devices. We appreciate your continued patience while we work though these change and we will keep you updated regarding our progress.
