Attention Supra Lockbox KeyHolder

We are currently performing our annual lockbox audit. At this time, our lockbox program is as follows: You are allowed to have up to 120% of your active/pending listings in lockboxes. We will be contacting members over the next month or so that are over the limit and ask that they return the extra lockboxes to replenish our diminishing supply. We have always provided lockboxes to our Supra users at no additional cost and of course wish to continue this in the future. However, we are running dangerously low on our supply of lockboxes. In order to continue the lockbox program at no additional cost, we need your support in our efforts to replenish our supply.

 

Please be proactive in taking an inventory and returning any extra lockboxes you may have. If you receive an email with the amount of lockboxes to be returned, you will have thirty days from the date of the email to do so. Any unreturned lockboxes at that point will result in the member being charged at a rate of $100.00 per lockbox as we will consider those lockboxes lost. NOTE: This post does NOT necessarily mean you need to return lockboxes. If you are required to return lockboxes, you will be notified by a separate email with the amount of lockboxes to be returned.
