VERY EXCITING NEWS REGARDING TRANSACTION DESK!

Full TransactionDesk, Tempo integration is now in place. In the MLS Sidebar at the bottom under SmartLinks will authenticate you into your TransactionDesk homepage without another login. Also when on a line item report, go to the i-bubble and click on TD and it will authenticate you to TransactionDesk creating a new Transaction with Property and Participant information populated. If you have automated quick start groups for properties of type this will also automatically load the forms to the new Transaction. This same functionality is also available on a Detail Report in the left hand margin Tool Menu on the bottom TD TransactionDesk.

Are you using Showing Assist?

It's come to our attention that many of you are still not utilizing this tool. This was put in place to help streamline the showing process for all. The problem occurs when a number of associates have not configured their ShowingAssist or just choose not to use it. ShowingAssist is and was meant to be the primary tool used to set-up showings.
