YOUR ONLINE BILL PAY & EDUCATION/EVENT REGISTRATION PASSWORD WILL BE UPDATED FROM YOUR 4 DIGIT PIN TO YOUR MLS PASSWORD at 6:00PM THIS EVENING.

You will now have only one password for the following: MLS Tempo 5, Tempo Wireless, Transaction Desk, Online Bill Pay, and Education/Event Registration.

Your system is required to have Flash 10 or higher to login using Scout for SAFEMLS, not installing Flash 10 can cause the login process to fail or result in multiple attempts before successfully logging in. Get Flash 10 now!

SCHEDULED SYSTEM DOWNTIME NOTICE!

There will be an MLS System Upgrade conducted Tuesday, February 16, 2010. This upgrade will mean the system will be unavailable from 5:30 am to 8:30 am that morning, you will also require new Active X controls to be installed and will have to Agree to a New License Agreement upon the first login after the upgrade.

System Maintenance Tonight !!

POSSIBLE SYSTEM DOWNTIME TONIGHT! Clareity is scheduled to perform a software patch to our Secure Login process this evening [February 4] at 7:00 pm. This should improve our login experiences of the past week. This will require some potential down time of an hour max. They will actually take down half the servers and apply a 15 minute patch and then take down the other half and apply a 15 minute patch. They will not take us down all together, but the nature of taking some servers out of rotation may disable some login attempts on a case by case basis.

Important Update!!

As of February 28, 2010 the showing instruction fields of LBox:, Show Instr., and Occupied under Office and Showing Information on Detail Reports will be removed. All Listings will need all such information in the required Add/Edit field 'Secure Showing Instructions'. Then the only place this information will be available is by clicking on the 'Request a Showing' icon in that section.
