MLS Tip Of The Week

Recently we have noticed many associates are dialing MLS Technicians direct line in hopes of faster service, this results in the opposite the Technician may be at lunch, in a meeting, or out for the day. That voicemail cannot be retrieved by other staff, resulting in a longer response time or no response if technician is out for the day. Please use the MLS Help Desk Direct Line 405-841-5353 and you will receive faster service seeing as all messages from this line are cleared first before any personal lines.

The New MLS Login Process

The new login process to MLS is more than 90% complete. Thank You all for promptly enrolling to remove your tokens. The next step will occur tomorrow Wednesday, January 27th as the new Dual Login screen will change so the only option to login will be the Scout for MLS Login. If you have not managed to enroll with the new login you will now have to call MLS Tech Support (405-841-5353) for enrollment instructions.

LOOK FOR CHANGES IN TEMPO 5 HOT SHEETS

As of March 1, 2010 the following instructions fields will be removed from the detailed report:

LBox
Show Instructions
Occupied, under Office and Showing information

However, all listings will need this information in the required field Add/Edit field "Secure Showing Instructions". Then the only place this information will be available is by clicking on the "Request a Showing" icon in that section.
