MLS Tip Of The Week

Recently we have noticed many associates are dialing MLS Technicians direct line in hopes of faster service, this results in the opposite the Technician may be at lunch, in a meeting, or out for the day. That voicemail cannot be retrieved by other staff, resulting in a longer response time or no response if technician is out for the day. Please use the MLS Help Desk Direct Line 405-841-5353 and you will receive faster service seeing as all messages from this line are cleared first before any personal lines.
