To All Active Key Users

As the summer months approach, we'd like to remind you NOT to leave an ActiveKEY in a hot environment, such as a vehicle on a hot day. The ActiveKEY is designed to operate between 14° and 140° F (-10° and 60° C). Low- or high-temperature conditions can shorten battery life or cause an ActiveKEY to malfunction.

DO NOT leave an ActiveKEY in a car because temperatures in parked cars can exceed this range.

USE MLS WITH YOUR MAC! MAC SOLUTION RELEASED

Marketlinx, the MLS software vendor, has been developing a non-browser product for over two years. Your MLSOK staff has been relentless in pressuring Marketlinx to either get the prototype in the market or offer a solution for our MAC users. Marketlinx has released a client server that doesn't require members to purchase a crossover product and can access MAC files on your desktop or folders.

MLSOK TOKEN-LESS VERIFICATION

With the use of the secure MLS Token, MLSOK was able to identify about 10% of the total users as non-paying for the service. The goal is to ensure that everyone accessing the MLS database is paying for the access. MLSOK also switched to token-less verification of paid access several months ago. All paid users now have their use pattern and keystrokes identified & log in remediation has begun.
