Chrome Export Issues for Realist Users

While Google Chrome is not an officially supported browser for Realist, many have successfully accessed Realist using it for some time.

 

Unfortunately, Google’s recent release of Chrome Version 29.0.1547.66 m introduced an issue that causes Realist exports, labels and assessor maps not to display on the download window.

 

We are pleased to report the problem can be solved by following the steps below.

 

Resolution

Upon completion of the following steps, Chrome will display Realist downloads in their normal manner:

 

      1.       Start Chrome, type “chrome://plugins” into the Chrome address bar, and press enter.

 

2.       If a plus sign appears on the right side by Details, click it to display all details.

 

3.       Find the plug-in for PepperFlash.

 

4.       Click the Disable option.

 

Once the PepperFlash plugin is disabled, Realist will use Adobe Flash.  If you do not have Adobe Flash installed you may be prompted to install Adobe Flash.

On Tuesday, September 10th starting at 5:30pm PDT and ending at 8:30pm PDT, Supra will be conducting routine maintenance at our data center.

Attention Supra Lockbox KeyHolder

We are currently performing our annual lockbox audit. At this time, our lockbox program is as follows: You are allowed to have up to 120% of your active/pending listings in lockboxes. We will be contacting members over the next month or so that are over the limit and ask that they return the extra lockboxes to replenish our diminishing supply. We have always provided lockboxes to our Supra users at no additional cost and of course wish to continue this in the future. However, we are running dangerously low on our supply of lockboxes. In order to continue the lockbox program at no additional cost, we need your support in our efforts to replenish our supply.

 

Please be proactive in taking an inventory and returning any extra lockboxes you may have. If you receive an email with the amount of lockboxes to be returned, you will have thirty days from the date of the email to do so. Any unreturned lockboxes at that point will result in the member being charged at a rate of $100.00 per lockbox as we will consider those lockboxes lost. If you have any questions, please call the MLSOK Help Desk at 405-841-5353.

 

NOTE: This post does NOT necessarily mean you need to return lockboxes. If you are required to return lockboxes, you will be notified by a separate email with the amount of lockboxes to be returned.
