Listhub has updated their lead generation!
The lead generation was updated to include showing appt requests, more photo request, more info requests- all free as part of their basic free service. However agents getting emails from listhub for showing requests reported listhub as a spammer. Consequently they were blacklisted. We have got this all cleared up and all emails have been re-sent. Please do not mark emails from listhub as spam as these are real leads requesting info from you the Realtor.

what is listhub? is that just for the Broker Owner's?
ReplyDeleteListhub is available to all REALTORS IF the broker signs up for it as the broker is actually the owner of all the listings in his firm. THIS SERVICE IS COMPLETELY FREE! It distributes your listings to over 47 of the top seach engines, Trulia, Yahoo. Google, HGTV, Zillow, Cyberhomes etc. When a consumer clicks on "More information" or "Schedule a showing" an email is sent to the listing agent. All your broker has to do is go to www.listhub.com, choose OKCMAR MLS, fill in his brokerage information (to verify that he is the actual broker-owner or broker-manager) and click submit. Then all the listings from your brokerage are fed into listhub by our MLS software. The broker may opt to purchase detailed web analytics reports from Listhub but they do not have to in order to get the free service. There is no charge to the MLS or to the broker for this service- the way that listhub makes its money is by selling the optional reports.
