UPCOMING LOCKBOX AUDIT!

In the coming weeks we will be starting our annual lockbox audit. To avoid any lapse in service please do a personal audit. By MLSOK rule you are allowed to have up to 120% of your active and pending listings (Example: 10 active and pending listings = up to 12 lockboxes). Please return any extra lockboxes to the MLSOK Help Desk. We appreciate you cooperation in this matter.

    This is going to be another mess for all of us. To come and go all the time to get lockboxes is not a feasible thing to ask of Realtors. MLS knows who has what. Leave it at that. If your short, do what we have to do, BUY MORE.

    Our contract with Supra requires the audit not OKCMAR/MLSOK
