TransactionDesk has been updated this morning to include all OREC 2012 form changes and additions effective November 1, 2012.

There were a number of forms with minor intent changes, but specific to note are the addition of 12 brand new forms covering two categories: Residential Lease Contract Forms and Farm, Ranch and Recreational Land Contract Forms.
