MLS and Realist Status Update

We experienced an interruption to services in our data center located in Santa Ana, CA. The outage began Sunday morning March 31st and arose from a failure in the data center’s core cooling system. The failure circumvented system redundancy, and triggered the automatic shutdown of all main and backup system activity.


The cooling system failure was remedied Sunday afternoon and the company enacted its comprehensive recovery process, deploying a dedicated team of experts working around the clock to restore full services.

However, challenges to service restoration remain. We are working diligently to resume normal services as soon as possible. We will remain in contact with you until the outage is resolved.
