Alert on Fusion Windows 8 Printing Issue


Windows 8 Printing with Flash 11.9.900.117



IMPORTANT MESSAGE – PLEASE READ

This week’s release of Flash Player 11.9.900 has introduced an issue when printing reports in Fusion. The issue causes no text to print, and only prints the image. Issue affects all versions of Fusion running on Windows 8 with IE10 and Flash Player v11.9.900


Several workarounds have been identified until this issue is resolved:

• Use alternate browser instead of IE10 such as: Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox

• When printing, use the Print Preview option, then click Print from the preview window

• When printing, use the Print to PDF option – then click Print from within PDF viewer

• Uninstall the latest version of Flash Player and install previous version from Adobe Help Site.
